- 6 eggs
- 3 zucchini
- grated gruyere cheese
- 50 g of butter
- In a skillet melt the butter and put the sliced zucchini with a little salt and pepper while browning in the butter.
- Once cooked through, beat the eggs and pour over the zucchini. Cook without turning the preparation always in the pan and sprinkle grated gruyere over the preparation.
