  • 6 eggs
  • 3 zucchini
  • grated gruyere cheese
  • 50 g of butter


  1. In a skillet melt the butter and put the sliced zucchini with a little salt and pepper while browning in the butter.
  2. Once cooked through, beat the eggs and pour over the zucchini. Cook without turning the preparation always in the pan and sprinkle grated gruyere over the preparation.
  3. Turn off the heat, cover and let the Gruyere melt with the heat of the preparation.
  4. This dish can be enjoyed hot.
