This turkey burger is just 1 SmartPoint of the Weight Watchers Freestyle. Put it in a hamburger and sprinkle it with salad and mayonnaise to get extra SmartPoints.
Put the ground turkey in a bowl. Add the grated shallots, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix the mixture before shaping into 4 tarts.
Heat oil in a large frying pan/frying pan. Once hot, fry the burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, moving around the pan to prevent them from sticking together. Once they are nicely browned and cooked, remove from the heat.
Put it in a hamburger and top with sliced tomato, onion, lettuce and mayonnaise.
