Vegetarian Lasagna

  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 10 rectangles of lasagna pasta
  • 1 zucchini
  • 40 cl tomato sauce
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 70g grated gruyere cheese
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC.
  2. Cut vegetables into slices except carrots and peppers.Grate the carrot to the thrifty to make thin strips.Cut the pepper into strips.
  3. In an oven dish, sprinkle the bottom with olive oil, put a layer of lasagna paste, a layer of tomato sauce, then a layer of vegetables.Repeat. Finish with a layer of lasagna paste covered with crème fraîche, mozzarella slices.Sprinkle with gruyere, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.To find out if the lasagna is cooked, stick the blade of a knife in the dish if the lasagna dough is still hard, leave in the oven.
