  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato
  • 1 potato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Sucre
  • 1 handle of vermicelli


  1. In a pressure cooker (or pot) pour olive oil and heat a little, cut very coarsely all the vegetables and pour them into the hot oil.Stir for a few minutes, cover with water, close the casserole and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Then open the casserole, mix everything (with an arm mixer for example), check the seasoning and add the vermicelli, let boil for 3 minutes.It’s ready!
