Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes. Place three bowls.
Bowl 1: Combine the powdered ranch dressing mixture with the gluten-free baking mixture.
Bowl 2: Mix the oil and milk together and mix well.
Bowl 3: Put the gluten-free bread crumbs in the third bowl.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
