Potato salad

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato
  • 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 onions
  • 10 pickles or 5 large
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 good pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes in gently boiling water until tender, but not as much as for a puree.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes.Cut onions and pickles into small pieces.
  3. Mix all ingredients, then refrigerate.
