Mapo Tofu

  • 30g of tofu
  • 100g of pork
  • 30 ml of oil
  • 15 g of soy sauce
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bowl of starch
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 shallot



  1. Dice the pork, shallot, ginger and peppers.
  2. Pour the oil into the pot to boil.
  3. Toast the dice of pork, shallot, ginger and peppers. Once ready, pour the pieces into a bowl.
  4. Add water and tofu to the pot. The water should cover all the tofu.
  5. When the tofu has cooked after two minutes, add the soy sauce.
  6. Pour all the pieces that are in the bowl into the pot.
  7. Regale your taste buds.
