Basic Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g dark chocolate (85%)
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 pinch of coarse salt

Optional Ingredients

  • 30 g sweetener
  • 60 g pecan nuts


  1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double-boiler, and add them to the beaten eggs.
  2. Add a pinch of coarse salt to the mixture. For a softer result, add the sweetener.
  3. Divide the batter among the 12 small muffin cups and add the pecan nuts.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (Th. 6) in a preheated oven, depending on the desired flux.
