- 200 g dark chocolate (85%)
- 200 g butter
- 1 pinch of coarse salt

- 30 g sweetener
- 60 g pecan nuts
Directions
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a double-boiler, and add them to the beaten eggs.
- Add a pinch of coarse salt to the mixture. For a softer result, add the sweetener.
- Divide the batter among the 12 small muffin cups and add the pecan nuts.
