Chinese Chicken Noodles with Soy Sauce WW

A tasty light and friendly dish with Asian flavors, very easy and quick to make for a light meal.


Ingredients for 4 people: – 7 SP / person –

  • 400 g de blancs de poulet en cubes
  • 220 g de nouilles chinoises
  • 1 oignon
  • 10 g de gingembre frais
  • 2 gousses d’ail
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja salée
  • 150 m de bouillon de volaille dégraissé
  • 200 g de petits pois
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile
  • sel, poivre.


  1. Peel the onion, ginger and garlic and finely chop them.
  2. In a frying pan heat the olive oil then fry the onion, garlic and ginger for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken breast cut into cubes, salt and pepper then let brown for a few minutes.
  4. Add the peas, broth, soy sauce and cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package directions and then drain them.
  6. Add them to the pan then stir and serve immediately.
